IFSCC

The International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC) is a worldwide federation dedicated to international cooperation in cosmetic science and technology. I designed a new logo where the circular interlacing strands serve two purposes. One represents the global interactions of the organisation and the other hints at the scientific nature of the industry by mirroring a molecular symbol.

Since I was starting from scratch with a new logo and colour scheme, I decided that rather than rely on standard stock photography for the redesigned site I would instead create bespoke illustrations which better reflect this new identity for IFSCC.

This new branded identity and visual style has now been rolled out and used across various media, from scientific journals to exhibition stands.
